Svetlana Chentsova, FNP-BC

Svetlana Chentsova, MSN, RN-BC, FNP-BC (she/her) is the founder and owner of South Shore Ketamine Center, LLC in Cohasset, MA. A first-generation immigrant, veteran, and neurodivergent clinician, she brings a grounded presence and a unique perspective to her work at the intersection of science and spirit. Her compassionate approach honors the many ways people think, feel, and experience the world.

Svetlana merges her extensive medical background as a board-certified family nurse practitioner with study in consciousness and mind-expansion practices, somatic therapy, Daoist philosophy, and Taiji. Her clinical focus includes trauma recovery, ketamine-assisted therapy, and mind-body integration. She is passionate about supporting veterans, neurodivergent adults, and those living with trauma in reclaiming agency, regulation, and meaning in their lives.

Her work is informed by polyvagal theory, mindfulness, and body-based approaches to trauma. Svetlana completed the certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research at the California Institute of Integral Studies and is trained as a Somatic Psychedelic Facilitator. She also incorporates breathwork and gentle movement practices into preparation and integration work with her clients. Svetlana offers a safe, trauma-informed container for healing and reconnection.

At South Shore Ketamine Center, she creates space for transformation through presence, intention, and attunement to the body’s innate wisdom.

You may be a good fit to work with Svetlana if…

You are ready to free yourself from survival patterns, deepen your connection with your body, or explore non-ordinary states with intention and guidance. Our clinic

South Shore Ketamine Center is located on the ancestral lands of the Massachusett, Wampanoag, and Pokanoket peoples, who lived in this region long before European contact in 1614. These tribes thrived along the coastal shores, sustaining themselves through fishing, agriculture, and a deep spiritual connection to the land. This area has long been a place of resilience, transformation, and healing—a legacy that continues today. The natural beauty and energy of the South Shore create a serene and restorative environment. By acknowledging the history of this land, we honor its original caretakers and the enduring spirit of healing it carries.

Our infusion area

Our infusion area is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring private, serene spaces where you can receive your ketamine therapy in a calm and soothing environment, ensuring a peaceful treatment experience.
